Josen
Rossi

Mr. Rossi is Chairman and majority owner of
Aireko Construction. Josen
has managed civil, institutional and industrial jobs for the Company
since 1980, and is particularly experienced in fast-track CM/GC and
Design-Build Construction. He has also directed the development
of Aireko’s computerized estimating, cost control, and management
systems. Mr. Rossi is also actively involved through the
company and personally in community and industry associations such
as the Puerto Rico Manufacturer Association, the Aireko Foundation,
and the Young Presidents Organization. 26 years of service. |

Lorenzo Dragoni, P.E.

Mr. Dragoni has had ample experience in plant
engineering, mechanical contracting, and general construction of
industrial plants. He
has pioneered the construction of special mechanical projects in
Puerto Rico and Central America such as solar energy systems, and
custom built A/C and energy recovery systems. He has also
served as President and Board Member of Puerto Rico’s Mechanical
Contractor’s
Association, and leads Aireko’s preconstruction and construction
management team, as well as the building systems maintenance and
installation services. 37 years of service. |

Paulino

Mr. Lopez’s managerial work history in large
electrical projects complements his ample experience as general
manager of construction projects in Puerto Rico and Central America.
Before joining Aireko he worked for a large mainland US firm coordinating
all company operations in Central America including administrative
and labor aspects of large tourism and industrial jobs. Paulino
oversees general construction of Aireko’s major industrial
and commercial projects. He also launched and leads our commercial
and housing building development business unit, in addition to
the electrical construction group. 20 years of service. |

René Rivera

Mr. Rivera
has ample experience in project management and construction of
industrial and institutional facilities in and outside Puerto Rico. René has also
managed large residential and institutional projects for the tourism
sector. As V.P. of Operations he directs mechanical as well
as general construction projects for industrial and institutional
clients. He is a past President of Puerto Rico’s Mechanical
Contractors Association. 27 years of service. |

has had broad experience directing Civil, Industrial, and Commercial
jobs. He has planned
and executed all types of institutional, pharmaceutical, residential,
office/distribution, and wastewater treatment work. Edgardo
has also directed historic renovation projects, as well as tenant

Mr. Uzcategui has ample experience planning
and building commercial, industrial, institutional, residential
and wastewater treatment plant projects. Luis is particularly
skilled in civil construction management, including value engineering,
scheduling, GMP development, and execution of Hi-Rise and institutional
building construction. Many years of experience of work as senior
project manager have gained Luis the experience and the knowledge
to lead Aireko’s
estimating and central procurement processes and to direct the
preconstruction feasibility and constructability of the most challenging
jobs. 14 years of service. |

Waldemar
Toro, P.E.

Mr. Toro directs all activities pertaining
to our electrical business. He
started his career with Aireko as a project engineer supervising
industrial, commercial, and residential projects. In 1998
he directed the electrical construction and instrumentation of
the Liquid Natural Gas terminal and storage facilities for the
Ecoeléctrica 500 MW
Powerplant in Peñuelas, to this date the standard for the
largest LNG terminal and storage facilities in the world. Waldemar
also worked as a senior project manager responsible for the planning,
supervision and coordination of all trades in a $15 MM high school
project. In
2004 he took over the General Manager position, responsible for
the planning and construction of all electrical projects and the
technical development of this discipline in AIreko. 10 years
of service. |

Alejandro Nazario, P.E.

Mr. Nazario construction experience has been focused on fast track CM/GC Construction, healthcare, high-tech, and laboratory projects. He also has experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and GMP development. As the Preconstruction Manager Mr. Nazario responsible for the pre-planning and development of master schedules including material and manpower availability, constructability reviews, value engineering and assists in preparation of purchasing requisitions and subcontract contract reviews. 3 years of service. |

Mr. Morales has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. Vast experience in Estimating, Planning and Purchasing procedures for a variety types of projects including Commercial, Institutional, Residential, Pharmaceutical/Industrial projects in the private and public sectors. He also has experience with the different kinds of contract, including Pre-Construction, Design & Build, Guarantee Maximum Price, among others. As VP of Estimating and Purchasing, Mr. Morales leads the efforts to achieve and complete a bid in time, with the demanded precision and accuracy. |

Mr. Ponce has 4 years of experience in public accounting with Price Waterhouse & Co.
and has occupied CFO positions in local subsidiaries of multinational companies
such as Johnson & Johnson and Westinghouse. As VP of Administration,
Reinaldo directs the Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and Information Systems
functions. He
also oversees our cost control, finance, and banking functions, and our surety
and insurance program. 10 years of service. |

María has vast experience in the administration,
and compliance areas of compensation, labor legislation, training
and incentive programs. She has directed the Human Resources
Department in both the public and private sector in areas such
as services, manufacturing, and construction. Mrs. Rojas
is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association
(SHRM, for its Spanish acronym) and directs Aireko's Workforce
Development Programs including Aireko University. 5

Luis currently directs the Finance, Accounting
and Cost Control Department. He
has over 15 years of experience in construction accounting, and
has designed and implemented Aireko’s computer programs for
payroll, purchasing and project development accounting. In
addition, he brings a solid expertise on project cost control.

Sánchez

Ms. Sánchez’s work experience encompasses
