Led by Lorenzo Dragoni, P.E., Aireko Management Services (AMS) started operations in 1996 as a full service construction management services business unit within Aireko Enterprises.  We provide preconstruction and construction management services with more than 30 professionals in the high technology industrial, institutional and residential construction sectors in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Basin.

AMS offers Life Sciences organizations a unique blend of global talent and local construction management expertise.  With strong pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry capabilities, we provide over 40 years of hands-on planning and project management expertise with the local workforce, vendors, subcontractors, and government agencies.  AMS has also worked with the leading local and national architect-engineers, developers and construction companies to provide solutions tailored to the owner’s time, quality, cost, and performance needs in varied contracting methods including design-build, CM/GC, design-build-operate, and cost-plus with GMP.

Selected Industrial work performed by AMS includes Ramallo Printing & Office Facilities, Medtronic Manufacturing Facility in Villalba and Juncos, Pfizer Compounding Capacity Expansion, Stryker New Manufacturing Facility, IPR Puerto Rico Headquarters, Hewlett Packard Building 3, among many others. AMS just completed Microsoft's New Mnaufacturing Facility in Humacao and is about to conclude Lilly Analytical Laboratories in Carolina, PR.

Aireko Services & Installations (ASI) is Aireko’s specialized services unit that provides HVAC, tenant improvement and electrical services.  A group of over thirty expert engineers and technicians engineer, install, commission and maintain mission critical building systems for industrial and commercial clients.
