The company was launched in 2000 by Empresas VRM, one of the largest builders in Puerto Rico. We started by installing structured wiring systems (audio, video, data and voice) to the homes that we built. We launched the "smart home" concept in the market of Puerto Rico. We have pre-wired more than 3000 units (MDU's and single family homes) and we have projects on all sides of the Island from Fajardo to Mayagüez. We work with builders, architects, contractors and engineers to design and install inteligent home systems, inteligent communities and inteligent buildings, We launched the first inteligent home showroom in Puerto Rico in October of 2004.

We continue with our mission to work and educate professionals on the field regarding new home building technologies.
